New Clients – What to Expect from Us
Does your organization want to hire a speaker, emcee, entertainer, facilitator, trainer, moderator, panelist or executive coach?
Please share as much of the following info as possible, so we can best assist you:
-Event date & city-In-person versus Online only
-Speaking Fee Budget. Can travel expenses be additive to speaking fee budget? (usually they are)
-Speaker(s) of interest (if you have somebody in mind). If you don’t have a name, we’ll suggest several.
-Preferred speech topics, speaker credentials/expertise
-Audience composition (types of professions, quantity, etc.)
-Your name, employer, contact info
-Anything else you can share about event
-Deadline for our proposal (we can work much quicker, although 5-7 working days are preferred for more thorough searches and customized proposals.)

Please note, we cannot respond to inquiries unrelated to paid speaking, training, moderating, emcee, consulting or coaching engagements. We do not handle requests for autographs or memorabilia; unsolicited submissions of material or requests for meetings to discuss potential projects unrelated to speaking, training or other meeting and event related engagements, press/interview requests or podcast appearances unrelated to a speaking engagement booked with Promenade Speakers.
All our talent is paid a speaking fee for every engagement. From $5,000 and up. We don’t pursue inquiries lacking a budget, regardless of promises for exposure, networking or other non-financial compensation.

I value our new and long-term talent relationships. At same time, it’s impossible to run a business if I’m constantly interrupted with sales or “check-in” pitches. Unscheduled calls are not usually accepted, even if we’ve had previous contact. Emails only. See also below:
