She helped grow the company from 90 people to over 4000 worldwide moving from Sr. Technical roles to Regional Operations Manager for the Scandinavian Region. She was influential in developing the core values, guiding principles and curriculum for business problem solving and became the lead trainer in the rapid on-boarding program training over 100 employees a month. She left CTP and built her firm on the core values of integrity, authenticity, high-value, creativity and fun.
