Dr. Michael Breus – The Sleep Doctor. Uncover leading edge sleep optimization strategies to perform at your best every day.

Did you know your employees are costing you approximately $3,200 per year due to sleep-related productivity issues? This isn’t just a wellness concern—it’s a significant business challenge that affects your bottom line. Dr. Michael Breus’s presentations address this directly by helping your team understand their chronotypes (their biological “Sleep Animals”) and how to adapt their schedules accordingly. Reward your Executives and top sales professionals with Sleep optimization workshops and 1:1 coaching.

Dr Breus’s Speech and Workshop Topics:

Exhausted Executives Sleep Optimization

This talk provides participants with an understanding of the basic science of sleep as well as an in-depth look at how elite athletes and C-level executives use sleep as their secret weapon — including how they deal with jet lag, catch up on sleep, nap, and reduce their need for sleep.

Sleep and Workplace Productivity

This talk provides participants with an understanding of how sleep can affect their business’s bottom line. Dr. Breus reviews the potential HR issues of sleep disorders, sleep deprivation-related productivity issues companies may face, how sleep affects leadership and management roles, and how Chronorythms can be leveraged to improve productivity.

Sleep, Drink, Breathe

Millions suffer from poor sleep, hydration, and oxygenation — leading to burnout, reduced immunity, and cognitive issues. These three simple behaviors have the largest impact on our health. This talk offers a revolutionary, science-based program with practical tools and techniques, featuring real patient stories and groundbreaking research.

Chronotypes: The Ultimate Course in Time Management

The Power of When — the Science of Chronotypes. This talk introduces an old idea in a very new way. Each of us has a unique bio-time for our circadian rhythm often referred to as your Chronotype. Beyond the early bird and the night owl, two other types exist — and they are hard-wired into our biology and hormones. With over 300 evidence-based studies, Dr. Breus has assembled a fun, enlightening speech that starts with his comprehensive Bio-Time Quiz to figure out your Chronotype (Bear, Lion, Dolphin, or Wolf?).

Common Sleep Problems and Solutions

This lecture covers the 10 most asked questions Dr. Breus receives when lecturing and on the road — including: How do I go back to sleep when I wake up at night? Does reading before bed affect my ability to sleep? Is it bad to watch TV before sleep? Does my sleeping position affect sleep quality? What do I do if my bed partner and I don’t go to bed at the same time? Why do I wake up early? Why do I wake up tired after a full night of rest? How much can I sleep in? Can I sleep in on weekends? How do you sleep on an airplane and deal with jet lag?

Sleep and Longevity

In this comprehensive presentation, I demonstrate how sleep directly impacts the four major physiological processes that influence aging: insulin/IGF-1, AMPK, mTOR, and sirtuin pathways. Through evidence-based research and practical application, I’ve developed protocols to optimize your sleep for enhanced longevity and vitality. This program provides actionable strategies to improve sleep quality and support healthy aging processes all in my practical easy to understand and implement style.

Apnea Small Group Experience – can be added to any speech:

-Facilitated session for up to 8 members per group

-Members receive Happy Rings for sleep tracking ($200/ring — additional cost)
